I never tried baby massage on my babies. I know people who swear by it but I never felt comfortable enough to try it myself. This app, Aimee’s Babies Baby Massage, is for people like me who need some instruction before they attempt to massage their baby. The app has some good basic information about when you should (and when you should not) use massage. It also provides bullet points on the benefits of massage but the meat of the app comes in the information about the different massage strokes. The app provides a written walkthrough and a short video demonstration of seven different massage strokes that can be used on babies. By reading the instructions and paying attention to the videos you should be able to successfully perform them on your baby.

I downloaded this app and I love it. My baby really loves the massage. It is a nice app with a lot of information and it is really easy to follow since it shows each stroke with video. It looks like it was filmed in a professional studio. The baby in the app really seems to enjoy the massage. He falls asleep at the end!
That sold me.
I am recommending it to all my friends with babies. When babies are fussy, we need all the help we can get!

This is a nice app for a dad. I was able to watch it once or twice and do the whole massage on my four-month-old. It’s a great reference.
It’s nice to be able to help, by doing something other than just changing the diapers. Since my wife is nursing, I don’t get to bond with Riley as much as she does. I think the massage really helps.
Thanks for making this app!
