I was able to watch it once or twice and do the whole massage on my four-month-old. It's a great reference. It's nice to be able to help, by doing something other than just changing the diapers. My baby really loves the massage. It is a nice app with a lot of information and it is really easy to follow since it shows each stroke with video. It looks like it was filmed in a professional studio. The baby in the app really seems to enjoy the massage. He falls asleep at the end! :) That sold me.
