Drawing Pad was one of the first apps we put on our iPad and it is still a family favorite. The kids use it to draw pictures and we use it to play Pictionary together as a family. The app recently received an update with several great new features. Here’s a rundown:
- Blender Tool – After you’ve colored you can blend your colors together to get just the right look.
- In App Coloring Book Purchases – There are now several coloring books available for purchase within Drawing Pad. They are each $.99 and all have more than twenty pages. If you’d rather your child didn’t have access to the in app purchases you can set a password to lock them out. One of them is a holiday book, perfect timing!
- Photo Stickers – The photos you have on your iPad are now available as stickers. You can resize them, rotate them, flip them and layer them with other things on the page.
- Multitasking – The app now supports multitasking.
- Wireless Airprint – This gives you the ability to wirelessly send your finished picture to your printer, if your printer supports the feature.
