Endless Alphabet Review Nikki February 21, 2013 $5-$10, Age, Education, Elementary, Features, iPad, Kindergarten, Preschoolers, Price, Reviews, The iPhone Mom Likes ..., Toddlers 3 Comments Do you have a little one that is learning their alphabet? If you do, I would definitely check out the Endless Alphabet app! With Endless Alphabet, children will experience an ever-growing dictionary of vocabulary, as well as lots of fun spelling lessons. I really enjoyed this app and thought it would be great for younger children. I should mention that this app is currently listed in the “What’s Hot” section of iTunes…on the day I am writing this… The Endless Alphabet app features lessons in phonics, vocabulary, spelling and word definitions. I thought that the phonics puzzles were absolutely fantastic. The phonics puzzles feature interactive letters that come to life and make learning fun and engaging. Each letter when touched will sound out the phonic as well as show a cute animation. The puzzles also help children learn how to spell words as they must drag each letter into place (there is an outline of the word to make it easy for children to see where letters should be placed). There are also spelling lessons and a vocabulary dictionary…with new words added continuously. Kids will love the animated monsters that illustrate and reinforce word definitions! I love that there are more monsters and words added weekly, this will keep children wanting to play the app more and more (and, of course, learn more and more). I really enjoyed the Endless Alphabet app. I would say that the interactive spelling puzzles are definitely my favorite feature – I definitely think that children could learn phonics this way. I highly recommend checking out the Endless Alphabet if you have children who are learning to spell, sound out letters/words, or are trying to build their vocabulary!
