The I See Ewe app helps your preschooler learn some basic skills. It’s an easy to use app and my guy seems to really enjoy it. My only problem with it is the title. I know it’s meant to be clever, but to me "Ewe" sounds too much like "Ewww" and I See Ewe is very different and much more pleasant than I See Ewww. But maybe that’s just me. Don’t let my feelings about the title discourage you, this is actually a great little app.

You can touch the "Options" button that shows up on the first screen. Here you can choose which card set you want the app to use – objects, animals, colors, shapes or random. You can also choose how big you want the cards to be. Scroll down and you can turn the verbal prompts and vibration feature on or off. If you leave it on, the app will "talk" to your child – telling them what they’re looking for. It’ll also vibrate when they choose the wrong answer. You can also change the language the app uses.

Now you – or your child- are ready to go. Touch  "Learn Colors" (or it’ll say learn objects, learn animals, etc.) The app will tell you to "Find the blue diamond" or something along those lines. Now touch the card that shows the blue diamond. If you’re right you’ll get a "Hooray!" from the iPhone. If you’re wrong the phone will vibrate and you’ll hear "Try Again". And so on, and on and on.

Touching "Match Colors" ( or animals, shapes, etc.) brings up a memory board. Touch a card and you’ll hear something like "Can you find the other green circle". You get a chance to touch another card and try for a match. And so on, and on and on.

If your child is going to be using your iPhone and you’d like something educational and entertaining, then I See Ewe is a great app to have.
