I See The Moon Review
Do you ever read storybook apps to your children at bedtime? If so, you should check out I See The Moon. The I See The Moon app is a cute interactive lullaby for children. I thought that this app had a fun concept and that kids would enjoy singing along with the song.
At the beginning of the app there are two options to choose from, Let’s Play! or Let Me Choose. In the Let’s Play mode, children will follow along as the storybook takes them through an interactive journey page by page, introducing each member of the family. First, your little one will listen to Mommy sing the lullaby, then Daddy, then Grandma, then Grandpa, until finally You sing the song (You (Me), being the little girl in the story). Each page features interactive elements that remind you of each character…for example, the Grandma page has a “#1 Grandma” apron, etc. Throughout the app, kids will be able to interact with different things on each page and even learn to put everything away before bedtime! I thought that having each person sing the song was a cute idea, and something that little ones would enjoy. With the Let Me Choose mode, kids will be able to pick who they want to hear singing and it will take them directly to that page – they can choose from Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandpa and Me! So, if your little one has a favorite singer…here is their chance to listen to that particular version of the lullaby!
The graphics are bright and colorful and have a hand-drawn feel. As for the music, the lullaby is cute and simple, something that children could pick up on and sing-a-long with after a few tries, which I think is great. I should mention that this app is ad-supported and there is an advertising banner that runs along the bottom of the screen. There is an option on the main menu to “Remove Ads”, however, this will require a purchase to unlock the ad-free version.
I enjoyed I See The Moon. I think that little ones will enjoy singing along with the song and being able to interact with the various pages. If you are looking for a cute bedtime app for your kids, be sure to check out I See The Moon!

Great and lovely App! My little one’s face just lit up as we were reading it before bedtime!
My kids LOVE it! It is just the right thing to read before they go to sleep. Didn’t get them too hyperactive, yet still kept them intrigued.. Great graphics too!
