The world traveling monkeys Kiwi and Pear are back in a brand new app, Kiwi and Pear’s Balloon Adventure. This time around the duo has hopped aboard a hot air balloon. The balloon goes up to the top of the screen and players must control it’s direction, left and right, by tilting their iDevice. As they travel higher Kiwi and Pear need to avoid obstacles like clouds and birds. Players will also want to steer the balloon towards hearts and sunshines in order to earn points and extra speed. As Kiwi and Pear fly higher they’ll travel through four zones in the sky.
Kiwi and Pear’s Balloon Adventure integrates with Game Center. Players will see their score and balloon height tracked on screen and there are leaderboards and achievements to unlock. The app has been developed for children ages four and older. It’s an app that’s easy for younger children to learn but difficult enough for older players. Overall, it’s a cute app and a fun addition to the Kiwi and Pear collection.
