Koto Go Silence! This new app tells the tale of Koto, a dog who is on night watch at his home. In his quest to find the noises of the night and silence them, Koto faces many obstacles. Believing that there are goblins and ninjas to blame for the noises, Koto must prepare appropriately. Koto puts on his “armor” and picks up a broom for protection – he is now a samurai of the night.
Throughout the storybook, there are scenes which show what Koto finds to be the real culprit – he is seen turning off the TV and washing machine, closing a squeaky window, and even chasing off the alley cats in the garbage. The story unfolds with brilliant animations and narration which are perfect for the type of story being told (and if your child has a favorite, there is an option for chapter selection). Eventually, Koto is able to quiet his home and finally he can now go to sleep.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and I feel that this app would be great for anyone with a little one who loves reading, especially those who like dogs as well.
