Masha and the Bear. Russian folk fairy-tale

Introduce your little ones to Russian folk fairy-tales with the new interactive book app, Masha and the Bear. The Russian folk tale, Mash and the Bear is about a young girl who gets lost in the woods and stumbles across the house of a large bear. The bear tries to hold Masha captive, but she is a clever girl and uses her wits to escape captivity. The illustrations in this interactive book by Beenza Games are beautifully drawn. Each page of the book combines illustrations that make you feel like you are reading a hard cover book with interactive animations that draw the young reader into the story. Little ones will have fun making the scenes come to life by discovering what happens when they touch various parts of each page. Masha and the Bear can be read two ways: Read myself or Read to me. With the Read to me mode a narrator reads the story, but children still have control over turning the pages. Each page of the story features a quick menu (tap on the bear claw in the upper right corner) that lets kids turn the background music on and off, return to the title page, or change the language. Masha and the Bear can be read and listened to in either English or Russian. With Masha and the Bear young children can take an imaginative journey into the world of Russian folk fairy-tales.
