Wow! Winter weather has been pounding the Northeast. We got a bit of much needed snow for our Rocky Mountain home this weekend and my sis spent a chilly week in Texas. So I’m going to stay cozy and warm with a good book and a few apps to review and enjoy, including the ones in this weeks giveaway.  Hope you enjoy them too.

Blini Kids: Animals  Blini Kids: Animals is a beautiful application for kids from 3 years old, created so they get a better understanding of the animal world in an easy and entertaining way. Every picture in the game is handmade, as if it were an interactive and animated book. There are two different sections: • Encyclopedia: Here the kids will learn about the different habitats, what animals live in each of them, what sounds they do as well as interesting facts. • Minigames: 6 different minigames where kids can use the knowledge acquired and have fun alone or with their parents. Every game has been created with the help of an expert psycologist to help improving the skills of the kid.

These are the points that make this app for children, different to others: 1) Handmade pictures: Every Animal, icon and scenario has been created by our artist. 2) Original Music: We believe that music is important, that is why´ve created an OST for the game. 3) 7 languages: The game is translated in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese & Russian. 4) Educational: The game has two independent parts, Encyclopedia, where several habitats are presented, with animals inside, clickable, to know interesting facts, and how they “speak”. 5) entertaining: All our minigames have been designed by a psychologist, specialized in children, to develop different aspects: basic, hearing & visual memory, logic, coordination, etc. This app is also available for Android on Google Play.
