Have you heard of Peapod grocery delivery? I hadn’t until last week and unfortunately, it’s not available where I live. But for those of you lucky enough to have access to this time saver here’s some good news. Now you’ve got an app that will make your online ordering even more convenient. The Peapod app is universal and works on your iPhone or iPad. Using the app you can creating shopping lists, continue Peapod orders or begin brand new ones. The app also saves your previous purchases which makes it easy to shop for items you frequently buy. Peapod lets you in on weekly specials and will also show you past purchases that are now on sale.

Peapod provides ingredient lists and nutrition information for it’s products. I don’t know about you but I’d much rather read labels from my couch than standing in the middle of a grocery store aisle. Finally, you can select your delivery time and submit your order directly from the app. I wasn’t able to try out Peapod first hand but I’m intrigued by the concept. My youngest is in a phase right now where taking her shopping is an exhausting fight. If the price wasn’t too outrageous I would totally go for a grocery delivery service. All the better if I can multitask and do my shopping while I’m waiting between appointments or at the bus stop.
