Serious & Not-so-Serious Problems from the iPhone 3.1 Upgrade

Anyone else experience trouble when they upgraded to the new 3.1 OS? I had trouble with the install and I’ve also noticed my battery isn’t lasting quite as long as it should. The iPhone Atlas has addressed that problem and a few others here.
