Happy Valentine’s Day!

We here at TheiPhoneMom wish you all a sweet and happy day filled with loads of homemade artwork and store bought chocolates!  What do you do with all the artwork your children bring home from school?  I know parents who go through their kids’ bags each night and throw out most of the projects, those that do the same each weekend and those that scan some great pictures and throw out the rest. Sure this keeps the clutter down, but what do you do with the artwork that you want to save? How do you keep it from taking over the house? The idea I love best for children’s artwork is snapping a photo and creating a photo album with the stand out pieces!

Just in time for those creative Valentine makers’ is a new app, released today, called Easy Studio.  With this app, kids will discover the magic of animation and will be rewarded by their own creations! Specially designed to be easy to use, children will love to invent their own scenarios using geometric shapes.

Easy Studio’s developers are also sponsoring a $10 iTunes giftcard giveaway for TheiPhoneMom.com readers!

Our newsletters are sponsored this month by Stella and Sam

The wonderful Stella and Sam apps have been updated this month.  They now run on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, include beautiful Retina artwork and improved activities. The apps also allow users to switch between French and English. TheiPhoneMom has reviewed three Stella and Sam apps (Backyard at Twilight, Into the Snow, Drawing) and we said “The quality of the Stella and Sam Adventure apps has been consistently high from the beginning and with each story new release they only get better.” For a limited time, Go There Square is FREE in the app store. The Story Pack app, including five Stella and Sam Stories, is available for $6.99.
