Last week Duck Duck Moose released an iPad HD version of their Wheels on the Bus app. We gave it a whirl at our house and compared it to the iPhone app. The app is the same in both versions but the HD graphics are more impressive than the iPhone version. The images are brighter and bolder and will absolutely appeal to young children. The iPad version has all of the crazy song options (kazoo or gibberish anyone?) and you can still record yourself singing the song. In my opinion Wheels on the Bus is one of the best iPhone apps for toddlers and it translates wonderfully to the iPad.

I have this for the iPhone and though I wished that DDM had made this a universal app, I still paid for the iPad version. Both my children, 4yo girl and a 10yo Down Syndrome boy, loves it. It’s a must have.
