AlphaBee Free is an interactive alphabet app designed specifically to help children learn the alphabet and develop their cognition skills.  There is both an AlphaBee Free version, as well as an AlphaBee Full version available in the iTunes Store (AlphaBee Full is only $0.99 currently).  Both apps offer lots of opportunities to teach your little one the alphabet.

With the AlphaBee Free app, kids will go on a journey into the jungle to discover different objects.  Together with AlphaBee, children will be able to open presents which contain objects that they can interact with.  Each object is fully animated, and has its own unique sound that will help your child recognize letters.  For example, a present may contain an elephant, which will spring forward and play out an animation and sound.  Kids can press on the object over and over to hear the repetition and learn to remember the animal, sound, and letter associated with them.

I enjoyed the AlphaBee Free alphabet app.  I think that this app has a lot to offer for a free app.  If you have little ones who are ready to learn their alphabet, give AlphaBee Free a try – and if you like it, you can buy the full version as well!
