Deal.iz.io visits several deal websites and brings their deal information back into this app. The deals are constantly changing as the app continuously updates with the websites. The sites it pulls from include the following: Slickdeals.net, deals.woot.com, dealnews.com, dealspl.us, techbargains.com, and fatwallet.com. The deals show up in Deal.iz.io as a stream and you can scroll down the feed and then tap on the items you’re interested in. You’ll be able to read a description of the deal and then view it on the original website. A link to the deal can also be shared with yourself or others via email.
If you’d like to shrink down your feed you can apply filters. A filtered feed will only show you the deals that relate to the keyword or website you’ve selected. You can perform a quick keyword search that will also help narrow things down. I found the full list of deals to be overwhelming so I would definitely need filters if I was going to use this app long term. As I was testing the app out I had trouble with it crashing on me but to be fair I didn’t attempt to shut down and then restart my iPhone after I installed Deal.iz.io. That probably would have helped the problem.
Deal.iz.io is currently $.99 in the app store and if you’re able to purchase one deal you’ll more than make up the cost of purchase. The deal websites aren’t something I normally frequent so this app isn’t really for me, but if you are someone who hunts around the internet for savings this could be your big time saver.
Price when Reviewed: $.99
