Puzzleography put my knowledge of Geography to the test. This app has an extensive amount of depth to it. It covers everything from the continents, to the United States of America, countries in Europe, planets in the Solar System and more. Puzzleography comes with several different levels so there is something here to challenge everyone. Users can play where they place the shape of the country (or continent, etc.) or they can place the name where it belongs on the map. As they are playing they’ll hear the names of the locations clearly pronounced. The voice over is very nicely done.

Puzzleography has been done with a pirate theme so you’ll hear things like “Argh” and “Tap me if ye need help matey” while you play. A pirate sits on the screen while players complete the puzzles. As they correctly place the countries the pirate will change hats. When the map is complete a treasure chest is revealed. The piratey additions aren’t over the top though and they are not a distraction. The focus here is definitely on Geography. More Geography than my mom brain is used to. The map for Oceania has given me fits, did I ever know before that there were so many islands in the world?

You can try Puzzleography for free with Puzzleography LITE. This version only includes the United States map.
