My three year old is officially addicted to the app RangerKidz Counting Corral by Sudden Industries. This app is a western take on teaching  preschool aged children several different math skills. In this app kids help Ranger Ringo  as he sorts his animals in the corral. Ranger Ringo sorts his animals using five different fun math games that help kids improve their counting and sorting skills. RangerKidz Counting Corral focuses on the numbers 1 to 20. The animals need to be counted, sorted by number, and color, and put in order. Children are praised when they correctly answer a question and after several correct answers, children receive an award. Awards are collected and can be viewed in the trophy area; there are three levels of awards: Greenhorn, Coyote, and Mustang. A running total of correct answers can be found as kids play in the upper left hand corner of the screen in the sheriff’s badge. RangerKidz Counting Corral is great for families with multiple kids because it is designed to support multiple players, kids can pick their profile at the start of playing. This app is easy for kids to play with on their own and it has been fun to see my daughter have a sense of accomplishment as she is rewarded for her efforts. A simple to understand concept with fun  graphics and sound effects make RangerKidz Counting Corral a great interactive learning app for young children.
