The Owl Know How app is based on a 32 page picture storybook published by Thames & Hudson in 2012.  With Owl Know How, kids can enter the magical world of Cloud Town, as they meet best friends Cornelia Rabbit and Orvi.  I love the look of this app, it reminds me of a traditional felt book, how fun!

This app is designed for both readers and pre-readers, kids can choose from Read by Myself or Read to Me options.  While reading the story, kids will help the owls solve problems.  Cornelia Rabbit and Orvi must save the town from falling into the treetops…all it takes is learning how to work together and using a little “owl know how”.

In addition to reading the storybook, kids can also read along with the artists, Cat Rabbit and Isobel Knowles, as well as see exclusive animated scenes.  There is a fun section that tells all about how the book came to be, including a look behind the scenes and making-of images.  My son and I enjoyed watching the original Owl Know How film, too.

I really enjoyed the Owl Know How app.  If you are looking for a new storybook to read with your little one, I would suggest checking this one out, it’s artistic and unique.  I will be reading this book with my son for sure!
