SpongeBob Diner Dash Deluxe with a promo code!

I am a child of the video arcade era and I’ve spent my share of time, Atari joystick in hand, playing Frogger and Miss Packman. (I just “like totally” dated myself there didn’t I?)  The idea that I can hold an entire arcade in my hand still amazes me and I’m pretty careful what I load on my device. Left unsupervised I tend to revert to those carefree days and loose track of all kinds of time, leaving loads of dishes and laundry unattended.

The Dash games are some that are quite popular at our house and when PlayFirst teamed up with Nickelodeon to bring Diner Dash to the world of Spongebob, it made a splash at our house.  All your favorite characters from the popular series are here and if you keep your fingers flying  you’ll have a restaurant full of happy customers. My gamer moves are still a little rusty so I’ve only managed to work my way through the Krusty Krab and Bikini Palace restaurants. The more customers you serve and the faster you go the bigger your tip and higher your score. Our resident record holder discovered pretty fast that you can earn extra points for seating your customers in the matching colored seats.  She must have some other scoring secrets that she didn’t share because I haven’t been able to touch her score.

Sponge-tastic game features  for SpongeBob Diner Dash include:
●Explore 5 restaurants, including the Krusty Krab, Dutchman’s Inn, and more
●Special guest appearances from Patrick Star and other characters from the show
●Play on iPhone and iPad
●Get tons of fast-paced levels for hours of fun
●Shop for awesome power-ups at the store
●Connect with GameCenter to show off your scores
●Unlock additional restaurants, including the Goo Lagoon and Crab Casino, through in-App purchase

I also found a Dish Flinger “boost” that I think all moms would enjoy. It allows you to fling those dirty dishes to the tub – no scrubbing required and no broken dishes. Needless to say both the Deluxe and Free versions of this game have worked their way into my hand.  Hopefully I’ll remember to get the actual dinner on the table tonight.

BTW the iPhone Mom has a promo code for this app to share with you, just so I won’t be the only slacker today ? Leave a comment below to enter the giveaway.  Contest will close on Monday. Good Luck!
